Reason they won Employee of the Month: Mike goes out of his way to assist anyone ie. Residents, co-workers, family members, etc. He is very reliable employee who will do whatever is asked of him - and always with a smile on his face. He joyfully played Santa not once but twice. For the breakfast with Santa and for the Residents Christmas party. Mike genuinely cares for the Residents and the employees of Beeghly Oaks.
