Employee of the Month: Current Month's Winner Name: Candy Dickerson Position: STNA Length of Service: 3 yrs and 5 mths Reason they won EOM: She was nominated by her co-workers because she is jam packed with energy. She is the definition of teamwork. Never refuses to lend a hand to her co workers. In her busy life with her sons, she still finds time to pick up extra hours to help out our residents. She always comes to work with a smile. The families have commented several times on how good of a job she does.

Employee of the Month: Last Month's Winners Name: Krystal Hodge Position: LPN Length of Service: 9 months Reason they won EOM: : Krystal originally came to Heritage in 2007, she became a STNA through the classes that were given here. She left the facility then to further her education, she became a LPN. She has been a true asset to the Nursing team since her return. She is always eager to help and fill in when needed. Her co-workers enjoy working with her and the Residents enjoy her as well!
