Senior Management Team

Allan VrablePresident & CEO
Mr. Vrable received his Pharmacy degree in 1976. He attended Youngstown State University and The Ohio State University. From 1978 through 1998 Mr. Vrable owned and operated pharmacy practices in approximately 250 nursing homes in state of Ohio. He has owned and operated long-term centers since 1991. During his career Mr. Vrable has also owned and operated long-term care Medical Supply Co., Diagnostic Laboratory & Respiratory companies. He is a past member on the Standards Committee for JCAHO for long-term care and past president of the Council of Pharmacy for Ohio Healthcare Association. Mr. Vrable is a current member of the Ohio State College of Pharmacy serving on the Dean’s Council and holds memberships in several professional healthcare associations. 
Linda Vrable, RN, LNHASenior Vice President
Mrs. Vrable is a graduate of Antioch College University with degrees in Nursing and Management. She is a Registered Nurse in Ohio and Florida and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Mrs. Vrable is the owner of Professional Healthcare Consultants, Inc. During her career, Mrs. Vrable has held the position of Vice President of Clinical Services for Arbor Healthcare, Assistant Vice President of Marketing for HCR, Director of Nursing in long-term care and Nurse Educator – Certified in Gerontalogical Nursing. Mrs. Vrable holds memberships in several professional healthcare associations.

James Merrill, CPAVice President of Finance and CFO
Mr. Merrill graduated from the University of Dayton in 1979 with degrees in Business and Management. He earned his CPA certification in 1980. With over 20 years in healthcare, Mr. Merrill is a formerly work as the nursing home controller, internal auditor and tax manager for Arbor Heathcare. Prior to being named Vice President of Finance and CFO, he served as the controller for Vrable Healthcare Services. Mr. Merrill is a member of OSCPA and AICPA Societies.
James Muckle, JDVice President of Operations / Legal Affairs
Mr. Muckle received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Finance from Capital University graduating Magna Cum Laude. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. Mr. Muckle was a member of the Capital University National Honor Society and consistently on the Dean’s List. He is also Ohio Health/Life Insurance and Variable Annuity Licensed.
